Notable Changes from 1.1

For those who have originally played 1.1 and are now transitioning to 2.5

This section is to mainly discuss the changes of Adachi's moves from 1.1. If you're a new player that hasn't originally played 1.1 Adachi, you can safely skip to the next section.

  • SB Atom Smasher is no longer frame 1 after superflash. Now has the same speed as C Atom Smasher, which was also nerfed

  • Mandala has been changed, Rage Resets are no longer a thing. In exchange you get double ailments for doing an SB Skill Attack (example: Heat Riser inflicts both Poison and Fear.). Additionally you can use SB Mandala as a combo tool now.

  • Evil Smile has less recovery now, SB version comes out quicker and recovers faster than any other version. You can bait DPs with it now.

  • j.C on Air-to-Air CH no longer slides the opponent, they can tech immediately after hitting the ground

  • Throw now gives you meter. As Adachi starts laughing, during the animation he gains meter over time. (After the full animation he gains 17 meter)

  • DP takes 5% of your health into blue health now. Slides instead of wallbounces, meaning you have to spend meter if you want to get a combo from DP.

  • Along with other characters, the amount of damage from moves like 2B or 5C (3) have been reduced.
